Sitting or standing for long periods of time can lead to discomfort, pain or even injuries related to posture, poor equipment design or repetitive movement.

A poorly set up workstation can lead to back and neck discomfort as well as more serious issues such as repetitive strain injury.

Care and Protect provide onsite workstation assessments to assess, adjust and give recommendations on computer workstation setup. A workstation assessment takes about 15 minutes to complete depending on individual need and is followed by a full report and recommendations.
