Looking after your staff members health

As part of our service, Care and Protect offer on-site health monitoring for you and your team. The Health and Safety at Work act 2015 (general risk and workplace management), recommends that health monitoring be done on all individuals exposed to potential health hazards.

If your employees wear PPE gear such as a dust mask/respirator or hearing and eye protection for tasks done at work, they are exposed to potential health hazards. Health monitoring should be done to ensure there is no decline in health following exposure.

Employees with below normal results are referred to the appropriate medical professional for further assessment.

Workplace health monitoring is tailored to your company and dependants on your workplace specific exposure. It is followed by a full report and recommendations.
